City southwest of Tunisia and the capital of the governorate of the same name, Gafsa, Capsa ancient Roman times, its fame is the mining of phosphates, with its deposit discovered in 1886, and handicraft carpet and upholstery: Klim, Mergoum, Houli and Farrachiya.
